              Standard Cleanings 

• Includes: Dusting and wiping down dirty visible surfaces, including window sills, fans and light fixtures. Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors, Empty trash and recycling bins from all rooms. 

• Kitchen: We start by dusting ceiling, walls and baseboards..
• Wiping down appliances such as microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. then clearing the area to disinfect and wipe down countertops.
• (Interior Oven and fridge cleaning not included with standard cleaning)

• Bathrooms: Quick general dusting and sanitizing. mirrors, countertops, sink, toilet, tub/shower and floor.

• Bedrooms: Dust room, disinfecting surfaces such as  desks, dressers, doors will be dusted and wiped. Floors will be vacuumed or mopped.

• Additional Tasks: Power washing, tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning will be extra   

              Deep Cleanings 

• Includes: Dusting and wiping down all surfaces including walls, baseboards removing cobwebs, dirty doors, windowsills, window cleaning, fans and light fixtures. All furniture including upholstery and inside cushions will be vacuumed, All floors will be cleaned. Empty trash and recycling bins from all rooms. 

•    Kitchen: We start by dusting ceiling, walls and baseboards followed by a scrub down.

•  Wiping down appliances such as oven, microwave, fridge toaster, and coffee maker.

• We clear countertops area to scrub and disinfect. wipe out sink, disinfect exterior/Interior cabinet and drawer doors.
• interior and exterior appliances (including oven will be degreased, and refrigerator will wiped and polished. 

• Bathrooms:  Dust whole bathroom top to bottom. Disinfect bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. Wiping down mirrors, countertops, and tile walls. Tile and shower door scum will be removed. Scrubbing baseboard's and disinfecting the shower heads, faucets, and fixtures.

• Bedrooms:  Changing bed linens ( IF ASKED). Dusting room top to bottom and wiping down all surfaces including desks, fans, baseboards, headboards, dressers, and nightstands. Floors will be vacuumed or mopped.

          HOMES MUST BE EMPTY

• All rooms: Dusting and wiping down all surfaces including walls, baseboards, windowsills, fans and light fixtures and Emptying trash and recycling bins from all rooms. 

• Kitchen: Clean inside and out cabinets and drawers, interior and exterior of appliances (including oven and refrigerator), Disinfect and scrub down countertops, sinks, faucets and stovetops.

• Bathrooms: Scrub bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. Wiping down mirrors, countertops, and tile walls. scum around entire bathroom will be eliminated. 

• Bedrooms: Vacuum, dust and wipe empty room from the ceiling down to the baseboards 

• Additional Tasks: Power washing, tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning will be extra
